As the Lead Designer/Design Manager for Ghost Patch, I was entrusted to train and hire a team of 5 other designers, along with creating my own patches, coins, and badges to be sold to Police Departments across the country. Some of our clients include: NYPD, Chicago PD, Dallas PD, Boston PD, and many more. Every month since being hired, I consistently set records for the highest amount of custom orders the company completed.
